Deadline Screen Saver (Windows Only)
You can use the Deadline Screen Saver to start the Deadline Slave application when a machine has been idle for a specified amount of time.
The Deadline Screen Saver is installed to the system directory when you install the Deadline Client on a machine, and the steps to setting it up are as follows:
- Right-click on the desktop and select Properties.
- Select Screen Saver tab.
- Select the Deadline screen saver in the drop-down box.
- Specify the number of minutes to wait.
